• Economic activities related each and every purchase information which are VAT related has to be entered in this form.
• Incase of any purchase from an unregistered person; full name, address, and NID number of that person must be mentioned properly in the related columns [(7) (8) & (9)].
• In favour of purchasing products whether, it is raw material or Trading items; bill of entry or invoice copy has to be conserved as voucher
