Purchase Register (VAT 6.1)

• Economic activities related each and every purchase information which are VAT related have to be entered in this form.
• In case of any purchase from an unregistered person, the full name, address, and NID number of that person must be mentioned properly in the related columns [(7) (8) & (9)].
• In favour of purchasing products, whether it is raw material or Trading items, a bill of entry or invoice copy has to be conserved as a voucher
